SAP Business Objects (BO) Project Manager
Full Time employee with 10+ years of SAP Experience ICM America is looking for a full time SAP Business Objects Project Manger. The candidate will be expected to have experience in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated Business objects projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
- Prepares and reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. This will include interviewing personnel.
- Assist Sales Manger with preparing proposals and Statements of Work for potential clients and new projects.
- Confers with customer and project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
To complete these duties the Project Manager will need to have extensive knowledge of SAP Business Objects and experience with various associated modules. The Project Manager will be required to work with limited oversight and control and be willing to make business decisions and recommendations. Willingness to travel is a must.

Telephone Recruiter
ICM America is looking for a part time telephone recruiter who will
maintain source of SAP consultants by identifying and building applicant
sources; implementing recruiting campaigns; preparing reports;
achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job
candidates; advising managers.
The position requires a person with a pleasant voice. Who is outgoing
and can establish relationships easy. The position is part time and can
be majorally done from home, during odd hours.
Duties:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss needs and reviewing requirements from partners.

Contract Positions
Position: SAP MM Consultant
Looking for an MM Consultant
Position: SAP MM Consultant
MM consultant with good experience configuring custom movement types. As well as experience in Batch valuation / FIFO Actual costing (FIFO valuation enhancement, available with ECC 6.0 EHP 3 would be nice). Project would start in August 2012 and run for 4 months in Pittsburgh.
Required Skills
- At least 6 years of MM experience
- Configuration and test of custom movement types.
- Experience with Actual Costing / Material Ledger functionality using the new FIFO enhancement – applied configuration & business process experience.
- FIFO Actual Costing of materials needs to flow with the material for inter-company Transport (Plant to Plant) and for intra Company.
- Experience with FIFO Actual Costing for a material that is received with a Swap and Exchange agreement with a 3rd party company.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada location for their implementation of BW 7 WCR
(World Class Reliability) standard content, focusing on Notifications,
Orders, Equipment and Projects.
The position is currently slated to run through the end of the year but may be extended.
Candidates with work authorization in Canada are preferred.
